When you have an issue with your building, you want to work with a company you can rely on.
Every client we work with has the same problem. Something is broken or close to it. At Capital Industrial Restoration, we do things a little differently. Our philosophy is that fixing your building doesn’t have to be complicated; you should be able to trust that you aren’t getting ripped off, that the work we do will last, and that it will be done in a timely manner.
70 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
We don’t make empty promises about protecting your property, interests, and company, we back it up with results.
HOW WE GOT HERE
“Rick Ruby and I started Capital Industrial Restoration because we took a hard look at the concrete industry we were raised in and realized that something wasn’t right. Clients were being taken advantage of, employees were being undervalued, and people weren’t happy. On top of this, companies were feeding into the stereotype that contractors can’t be trusted. Something had to change.”
After a lifetime working in construction, Tim with the help of Hamilton Pacific purchased his father’s company Sholl Construction and took the company to the next level before purchasing the company from Hamilton himself.
